I would like to ask if there are examples of published articles using previously published fMRI data openly deposited in freely accessed online database.

If the original data is used to publish results based on task-based fMRI, what will be the best way to utilize those data for new uses? Will reviewers doubt the originality of data?

One example I can think of is the SPM manual, which asks us to download the sample data for trying out the SPM procedures. But that secondary use of data is not leading to publication.
