Hi there: I'm trying to use imcalc through the GUI to do some calculations on fMRI for QI purposes. The input files are NIFTI, just after conversion from DICOM. This is the error message I'm getting Running 'Image Calculator' SPM12: spm_imcalc (v6124) 16:17:25 - 24/09/2016 ======================================================================= Failed 'Image Calculator' Error using spm_imcalc (line 203) Error using spm_imcalc (line 200) Error: The expression to the left of the equals sign is not a valid target for an assignment. Can't evaluate "f = 'mean(X)'". In file "/SPM/toolboxes/spm12/spm_imcalc.m" (v6124), function "spm_imcalc" at line 203. In file "/SPM/toolboxes/spm12/config/spm_cfg_imcalc.m" (v6536), function "my_spm_imcalc" at line 225. The following modules did not run: Failed: Image Calculator Though, I think I have entered the expression and specified dtmx flag. Enclosed is screenshot of my inputs. Thanks very much NIna
