XX+ GAMES JAM LONDON

A 24-hour all female games jam is being held at King’s College London from Friday 14th October 18:00 – Saturday 15th October 18:00 and we are seeking 24 participants.

No previous experience of games design is necessary - we are looking for women from all professional areas, university or college courses, creative interests and skill levels – if you are a budding artist, creative practitioner, writer, organiser, sound designer, filmmaker, programmer, ideas person, storyteller, coder or gamer - please apply!

At the start of the jam you will be formed into multi-disciplinary teams and will have 24 hours to invent and design a game – these will be judged by a professional panel at the end of the jam and prizes will be awarded!

There will be other XX+ Games Jams occurring simultaneously across multiple international locations, please check the website below for updates.

This promises to be a fun, exciting and engaging event - an opportunity to meet and work with new people, to apply and develop your skills and talents, and a unique chance to take part in the first ever international, multi-location all female game jam!

Spaces are limited and the application deadline is 30th September 2016.
