UCC Library will host a seminar on Tuesday, 15 November, which will look at Aspects of User eXperience (UX).

Some of the topics covered will include

*        what is engagement for libraries and how do we reach people;

*        connecting with users through "invisible" services;

*        research findings on how users experience library services and some UX fails

*        future library staff roles, from the ground level upwards
