Hi all,

I’m hoping the answer to this isn’t too obvious but I’m trying to find the source of data for the following graph. The graph has been used and potentially developed by Dr. Lucian Leape and is often recycled but I’m going in circles looking for any reference.

Does anyone know the origins?
