Hi all We noted this conversation back in June and just wanted to poke it again. For those who responded (and anyone else who wants to jump in) when specifying % samples for trenching, is the % figure given for going in cold, or following geophysics? If the former, how do people determine sampling strategies following geophysics – just by what looks right? Any thoughts/comments appreciated. The figure of 5% was used a lot in the past but is such a small sample still generally considered to be usefully valid?
