I’d like to make HER Forum members aware of the following free 1-day course

This course is aimed at field staff, supervisors, project managers, consultants and local authority archaeological curators and advisors.

Our expert speakers will provide you with an up to date overview of the ethical,

legal and ecclesiastical issues of dealing with human remains in archaeology and will summarise good practice in the excavation, assessment, analysis and archiving/reburial of human remains from commercial projects.

It is being held at the City Rooms, Leicester

Historic England is providing the course free, which means the places will be at premium.

Further course details and booking information can be found via the eventbrite  page for the course

Please do feel free to also circulate to any of your colleagues you feel would be interested.

Kind regards

Robin
