I am delighted to attach the programme for the Museum Shops – Product Development day.  Jill Fenwick from the Association of Cultural Enterprises has pulled out all the stops to create a programme which should be of interest to anyone running a museum shop.  She has organised five speakers including two from the publishing industry.  The training is free and lunch is provided! We all know that site specific product is what makes for a successful shop, but how can smaller museums and heritage sites afford to do this? This event will explain the benefits of bespoke product, how to go about commissioning it and how to do so successfully and profitably.
