I am trying to align an FA map to ICBM 2009a template 0.5mm.

Has anyone tried that?Any suggestion for the parameters in the cnf file?

I have aligned the FA to FMRIB_FA template (fnirt) and then a linear transform (flirt) between FMRIB_FA template and ICBM2009a but the results are not great.
