Hi Anderson, Just as a follow up to my previous message, I have been looking more into TFCE and the tfce-2D options (H, E, C) seemed to be optimized for TBSS. Is there any recommended settings to surface based measures such as cortical thickness, surface area etc or should the TBSS tfce parameters be close? Thanks, Ajay
