Dear all, From previous exchanges it wasn't clear to me what is the solution to this problem. After a linux update my ASL script which used to work fine now produces an error: SCRIPT LINE: oxford_asl -i diffdata -o asl_standard_analysis --tis 1.8 --bolus 1.5 -c pretag_brain.nii.gz --tr 3 -s struct_brain.nii.gz --csf ventricles_asl_space.nii.gz --asl2struc tag_control_pairs_reg.mat --spatial ERROR: OXFORD_ASL - running Pre-processing Creating mask Calculating M0a - calling ASL_CALIB ASL_CALIB Tissue reference is: csf M0:3905.64000000000000000000 ASL_calib - DONE. /usr/share/fsl/5.0/bin/oxford_asl: 1176: /usr/share/fsl/5.0/bin/oxford_asl: alltis[0]=1.8: not found Number of inversion times: 1 Number of timepoints in data: 52 Number of repeats in data: 52 /usr/share/fsl/5.0/bin/oxford_asl: 1190: /usr/share/fsl/5.0/bin/oxford_asl: Syntax error: Bad for loop variable Previous posts suggested that the number of TIs should be equal to the number of volumes, but I am not sure how this would work for single TI data.
