Dear all,
From previous exchanges it wasn't clear to me what is the solution to this problem. After a linux update my ASL script which used to work fine now produces an error:
SCRIPT LINE: oxford_asl -i diffdata -o asl_standard_analysis --tis 1.8 --bolus 1.5 -c pretag_brain.nii.gz --tr 3 -s struct_brain.nii.gz --csf ventricles_asl_space.nii.gz --asl2struc tag_control_pairs_reg.mat --spatial

Previous posts suggested that the number of TIs should be equal to the number of volumes, but I am not sure how this would work for single TI data. Please advise
