I simulated fMRI data for several subjects with the simtb toolbox. This results in a 2D nifti file for every subject. When I merge the files together for the use with PALM, I get a 3D nifti-file (x,y,subjects). When I try to input this in PALM I get an error message, so I was wondering if it is even possible to use PALM with 2D nifti files?
