The default bgimage in the output of melodic command line is mean.nii.gz. But I found the resolution of mean.nii.gz is low. I want to (1) specify the bgimage in the melodic command line first. but I try several tomes I did not find the right way.(2)I also try to register the melodic command output to high resolution image and I also failed. How to do? Looking forward to your help. Thank you so much!
