I'm completely new to this - do we really have to go through and check all this data manually???? Seems absolutely barmy to me! Are people checking both the cohort students and cohort performance tabs? And are you flicking between them to do student by student, or all of one and then all of another? Sorry for all the questions, just seems like an insane amount of work, given that we already submit all of this information in our ILR... Thanks, Becca. I have asked our data team to produce a report on our learners based on the criteria the DfE use (date of birth range, qual level 3 and/or English/Maths etc) and am going to use that as who I think should be on it. Compare it against the csv and the website and try to work out why learners are included/not included as the case may be. That's the current plan anyway... I looked for ages and then found in the guidance that there isn't a PDF document this year.
