Richard Gregory Memorial Lecture 2016 "Science and wildlife films: perfect partners", 11 October 6pm in The Great Hall, Wills Memorial Building, University of Bristol.

Wildlife films amaze people around the world but they are only possible due to scientific endeavour.” Dr Keith Scholey, Director of Silverback Films and previous Head of the Natural History Unit at the BBC.

This year’s Richard Gregory Memorial Lecture is presented by Dr Scholey, who takes us behind the scenes of wildlife films. Using sequences and stories from some of his most recent projects, he reveals how amazing stories are brought to the screen. Delivered in collaboration with Wildscreen Festival and the University’s Bristol Vision Institute.

The lecture is free but advance booking required: https://engineering.onlinesurveys.ac.uk/richard-gregory-lecture-2016
