Dear Colleagues We are seeking a new colleague to join the Student Survey Unit at Canterbury Christ Church University. The new post will provide additional specialist expertise and leadership to support the University's work around the use of data to bring about strategic change. An important aspect of the role is engaging with and supporting colleagues to effect change in line with the University's strategic agendas. This will include contributing to the management of key benchmarked student surveys, the analysis of university databases relating to the student experience, secondary analysis of independent surveys and university league tables and the development of new surveys/tools, when appropriate. Educated to Masters level or equivalent in a relevant subject (e.g. social science or statistics), applicants should have a track record of interpreting and using survey data to inform and influence strategic decisions in collaboration with senior managers.
