Good morning all!

Here at King's we have a couple of projects that celebrate the diversity of our students and staff through photographic displays on our campuses:

'Open Doors' celebrates the achievements of our BME students and staff and consists of portraits installed on the doors of lecture theatres and other rooms in high-traffic areas of our campuses. More info: http://www.kcl.ac.uk/hr/diversity/opendoors/index.aspx

'Meet the Professors' highlights the inspiring work of our female professors and includes insightful commentary on the challenges and achievements they have faced in their careers and personal lives. We have large-format 'friezes' in several campuses and they make quite an impact! More info: http://www.kcl.ac.uk/hr/diversity/meettheprofessors/index.aspx

Both projects are managed by my colleague Bernadine Idowu (in CC) - please do get in touch with her off-list if you have any specific questions about the projects.

Best wishes,

Toby Shannon

Subject: Diverse Imagery around campus

Hello all

At Cranfield we have started to review our imagery in and around our campus buildings and would like to display more diverse images of our staff, students and alumni. I know some other Universities have already done this or have started to look at this, so I would be very interested to know how you have done it, who was involved etc.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards

Hiran
