Hi Helen

I recall seeing a reconstructed working gas lighting system operating in a historic house that forms part of Jersey Museum.

Best wishes

Hello all,

I was just wondering if anyone knows of /works in a museum or historic house using gas, oil or early electric lighting technologies either on a day-to-day basis or as a working exhibit? I'm trying to find out a bit more about the practicalities and Health and Safety issues etc. associated with using them in a public setting.

Any information or suggestions gratefully received.

Thanks

Helen
