Two Postdoctoral Research Associate positions are available at the University of Oxford, working with Dr Brianna Heazlewood and Professor Tim Softley (University of Birmingham). The posts are funded by the EPSRC and involve the experimental study of reactive ion-neutral collisions under cold conditions.

Applicants should have (or be about to receive) a PhD in experimental Physical Chemistry or a relevant area of Physics. Expertise in the use of laser systems and high vacuum technology is required; experience with ion trapping techniques and instrument design would be advantageous.
