We are currently advertising for a one-year 0.8fte Student Transition Officer within the Disability Service team Lancaster University. The post-holder will contribute to the development and co-ordination of a broad package of pre- and post-entry student support programmes, events and services. Support is focused on improving the transition to HE, the student experience and the retention of students from specific Widening Participation (WP) target groups including disabled students and mature students.

Experience co-ordinating mentoring schemes and working with students with mental health difficulties and students on the autism spectrum would be an advantage.
