Hi: We have encountered a strange issue: running the same dataset group ICA using melodic on a Mac or linux box produces very different results. The issues seem to be with the linux box (LB) version of melodic(both are 3.14). All subjects have 300 time points, in LB in the Main ICA report page shows 600 components for the group result (compared to 300 for the Mac as it should be listed). Looking at the different components, LB report page shows 600 time points for the time course (Mac shows 300*number of subjects as the time course). Spectra also look very different between both systems. design.fsf file was exactly the same for both computers. If you have any insights, please let us know. Lino
