Dear FSL experts, I want to use a mask for the white matter and another mask for the gray matter to run voxel-wise analysis between two groups using "randomise" i.e. voxel-wise analysis in gray matter and another voxel-wise analysis in the white matter. I got the masks by segmenting the brains using FSL/FAST. Are the white matter and gray matter parts needs to be binarized before feeding it as a mask into randomise, or it is already binaarized after segmentations and its fine to include it as a mask directly from the output of FSL/FAST to randmosise thanks Jon
