Dear FSL experts, I want to register (FNIRT) the White matter part of T1 images ( generated by FSL/FAST) to the standard template "avg152T1_white.nii.gz". Then I want to "applywarp" and move the white matter part of PET image to the template "avg152T1_white.nii.gz". My problem is that I can'ty find the config file "WM_2_MNI152WM_2mm.cnf" which I need to include it in the command FNIRT Where can I find this file? Thank you for your help! Jon
