The Fo-Fc density here disappears at approx 0.3 e/A^3. Does this mean it's likely to be a bulk solvent mask artefact? If so, are there methods of correcting this (or should I just ignore it)?
Looks like it is noise or bulk-solvent captured in a that isolated volume.
