Submissions are now open for the Labour Force and Annual Population Surveys User Conference 2016.

The annual Labour Force Survey<https://discover.ukdataservice.ac.uk/series/?sn=2000026> (LFS) and Annual Population Survey<https://discover.ukdataservice.ac.uk/series/?sn=200002> (APS) User Conference, organised by the UK Data Service, will be held on Friday 25 November. The event is free to attend and will be held at the Royal Statistical Society<http://www.rss.org.uk/RSS/About/Visit_us/RSS/About_the_RSS/Visit_us.aspx?hkey=41da3323-12e7-4b11-9bf0-7545c6a46f8e> in London.

The user conference brings data producers and data users together to share updates on the development of the surveys and to showcase research that is being carried out using the data. The programme will contain a mixture of presentations from the Office for National Statistics<https://www.ons.gov.uk/> (ONS) and researchers who use data from the LFS or APS.

We would like to invite offers of presentations based on analysis of these two UK surveys. Presenters will have approximately 20 minutes for their talk followed by 10 minutes for questions.

Please send offers of a paper, including a 200-word abstract, to [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]> by Monday 5 September.

We will evaluate all abstracts and notify authors after the selection process. A detailed programme of presentations will be provided prior to the conference.
