Postdoctoral Research Associate Vacancy HALLIDAY LAB SCHOOL OF BIOLOGICAL SCIENCES EDINBURGH UNIVERSITY £31,656 - £37,768 per annum Vacancy Ref: 037088 We are seeking an enthusiastic postdoctoral researcher to work on a BBSRC-funded project that seeks to understand how light signalling and carbon metabolism are coupled to growth and development in the model plant Arabidopsis. This exciting project builds directly on novel findings showing that light activated phytochrome sensors do not simply control growth through molecular signalling, as previously thought, they also control the availability of resources for growth.
