Subject: New Beckman Coulter TSH reagent

 

Dear colleagues,

 

Has any lab already performed a comparison study between the old Beckman Coulter hypersensitive TSH assay and the new TSH3 on the DXI-800?

On our study we have found a good correlation (R=0.99) but approximately 20% positive Bias, which is not matching with the slight negative Bias we should expect from the insert of the new assay sent by Beckman Coulter, and we are wondering if our results with the new assay are right.
