I recently had the pleasure to engage with Johannes Flecker. Johannes is the founder of Sound Leadership  a U.S. based company dedicated to music-driven leadership development. With a team of Grammy winners and nominees, their client list includes Boston Consulting Group, Fidelity and Brown University. Sound Leadership uses the iterative process of songwriting and musical co-creation to reflect and resolve managerial challenges. Johannes holds a Ph.D. in Marketing about brand management with music and has a decade of experience in international management consulting and as University lecturer at the University of Graz, Austria. He is singer, pianist and violinist and summa cum laude graduate of Berklee College of Music in music production and in songwriting. I know many of you out there are seasoned music practitioners and I look for your support in welcoming Johannes to this community.
