Hi, Im really new in all of this in pre-processing data por fMRI, and I hope someone can help me. Im trying to pre-process all the images adquired in the MR for a posterior analysis of the resting state. I followed the steps in the manual for SPM12, with the same parameters: Realing Slice Timing Coregistration Segmentation Normalise Smooth Am I forgetting something in the pre-processing? For the analysis in resting state (eg. Functional Connectivity), how can I do? Do you recommend me use DCM? Best regards, Juan
