Hi Letizia,


I'm sure to follow, you have an experiment done on two scanners and want to compare results - once data are in standard space, there is no issue all data have the same dimensions. Now if the goal is to compare scanners, you ideally have two sessions on each scanner (all orders counterbalanced) as to differentiate differences due to subject variations vs scanner variations.

Good afternoon everyone!

Do you know how to compare the results of an fMRI analysis on 2 different acquisitions (2 fMRI sessions with different FOV and voxel size)?

I'm asking it because I don't know how to control for these differences, i.e. if it is possible to use the same p threshold even if the number of voxels of the two images is different.
