Hi Frances,

you may want to have a look at CAT (http://dbm.neuro.uni-jena.de/cat/) which is the new and updated toolbox by Dr. Gaser. It doesn't support voxel-based morphometry only as it used to, but additionally surface- and deformation-based morphometry.
