At the Department of Neurology at the University of
Lübeck, we are searching for a
Post-doctoral
researcher
The position is available for 3 years and will
be paid according to TV-L E13 (100%).
The candidate should support ongoing imaging
studies on the role of reward processes in the regulation of eating behavior
and should initiate own research projects in the field of cognitive
neuroscience.
The candidate will have a Ph.D. in psychology,
neurosciences, biology or cognitive sciences. Expertise in acquisition and
analysis of imaging data (fMRI, fNIRS) is required, as is knowledge in MATLAB
and statistics. We are searching for a researcher with strong interest and
expertise in cognitive neurosciences, ability and interest in working in a team
and capability for independent working. The candidate will be working in the
lab „Cognitive Neurology“ under the direction of Prof. Thomas Münte und Dr.
Marcus Heldmann.
The lab is part of the Center for Brain,
Behavior and Metabolism (CBBM), which offers an excellent and state-of the-art
research environment. The lab has several EEG and a fNIRS-machine. At the CBBM,
a research dedicated Siemens Skyra 3T MRI is available. The lab has a number of
national and international collaborations.
