The study is looking at whether different types of people may be more likely to change and adapt their jobs to meet their needs, goals and aspirations. This online survey contributes to MSc thesis and takes approximately 10 minutes of your time. Participant requirements Currently in employment (Full-Time, Part-Time, Self-Employed) Age 18-65 Instructions Once you provide consent to participate, you will be provided with a series of 79 statements in which you are required to rate yourself based on how true they are about you on a scale of 1 to 5 where 1=Disagree, 3=Neutral and 5=Agree.
