Hi,
I don't know if you've seen this: http://scientistsforeu.uk/monitoring-brexit-impact/ and I don't know what data/results they may have so far (so apologies if this is in fact useless), but I wondered if it might be worth contacting these guys to see what sort of response they've had so far and what the general feeling is?

This Sunday morning I will be on the BBC Breakfast sofa for the Sunday Paper review. There are two morning segments (at 0720 and another about an hour later), during which I pick out 5-6 stories to talk about from any of the morning’s papers. The first segment looks at ‘headline’ articles that are in the first 3-4 pages, whereas the later segment is articles from anywhere in the paper.

 

I am doing the slot as a ‘science / health communicator’ (don’t know what they’ll call me yet) and I wanted to put a shout-out to the science communication / science community so that I may also represent and reflect some of the views about current affairs held by science communicators/educators and scientists as a whole. Obviously, I don’t know what will be in the news on Sunday (although we can have a good guess at certain topics that are likely to feature – e.g. Labour Leadership contest, Brexit, Theresa May’s new government…) but would nevertheless value people’s sentiments and opinions on current affairs / hot topics.

 

And also, if anyone is aware of news / research findings that are likely to be released and get an airing on Sunday, then please fire it – and any press releases – my way.
