CILIP North West Member Network is pleased to announce that a bursary is available from the CILIP Rare Books & Special Collections Group to all North West network members who would like to attend their Annual Study Conference.

 

The conference will take place at the University of Liverpool on the 7-9th September 2016

To apply for the CILIP NW bursary:

The applicant must be a CILIP NW member, please quote your CILIP membership number. Please send a 200-300 word statement describing how the bursary will support their personal development and how they plan to share their experience with others including the CILIP NW community. The successful applicant will be expected to write a short report for the network that will go into the CILIP NW Newsletter.

 

Please note: For administrative purposes, you should apply for a place at the conference in the usual way marking the application ‘Bursary Candidate’. This will ensure that CILIP RBSC have all your details. They will keep a place open for you in case you are unsuccessful but decide to attend using other finance. The decision of how many bursaries to award, and to whom they will be offered rests with the Group Committee, CILIP NW and CILIP CDEG. You will be notified of your success or otherwise by the Hon. Secretary during July 2016.
