Katy Holmes Illustration isn't London based but I can't recommend her highly enough.

I worked with her in a previous role in York and continue to commission her to develop learning materials for The Postal Museum. She also designed a whole rebrand for Museum Order St John along with a suite of learning resources for them. She's designed a number of illustrated maps.

Katy is very affordable and adept at responding to a brief. She usually comes to London for an initial meeting then will work closely with you remotely from York to ensure the designs meet your needs.
