Hi,
If all other registrations look OK then this might just be a problem with the generation of the webpage. However, I would check the images in the reg and reg/unwarp folder directly to see if the fieldmap to highres registration really is a problem. If it is then you are probably just not getting any distortion correction, as your effective fieldmap after registration is probably ending up largely as zeros. If that is the case then you'll need to fix the fieldmap to highres registration. It might be failing due to brain extraction issues, so I'd check that first.

Dear experts,
When running feat with B0 unwarping, nonlinear and linear registration, my output displays a quite displaced registration of fieldmap to highres - while all the other registrations steps look fine. Should I be concerned about this, and if so, what might be the problem?
