Hi Maria,

Sorry for the delay - I'm just back from holiday today.

I've had a look at your registrations and they all look reasonable to me for the highres to standard, whilst the example_func to highres is not as good for 6 DOF, so I'd stick with BBR.  The remaining problems all arise from distortions that you are not going to be able to correct without a fieldmap.  I strongly advise you to get fieldmaps in the future.  However, for working with this data at the moment I think that you are probably best off using your own template.  If you enter this into the GUI then it should use it correctly (as it seems to have done properly looking at the results).  There isn't anything else I think you need to do.

It might be good to experiment with changing the warp resolution and see if there is any noticeable difference, however I think that the highres to standard registration is already good so you won't see much difference in the example_func to standard registration, where the inaccuracies are caused by the EPI distortions (and signal loss).

All the best,
Mark

Hello,

Would it be possible for someone to respond to my previous post about Melodic please? Thank you for your advice.

Best wishes,
