Please find attached adverts for two fully funded PhD studentships (Marie Sklowdowska-Curie Early Stage Researcher Fellowships) based at the University of Glasgow (UK) and industrial partner LimitState Ltd (based in Sheffield, UK) on the following topics:

 

(a) Suction-enhanced geotechnical design through interface properties.

 

(b) Geotechnical design optimization for minimum energy/carbon.

 

These PhDs will lead to a degree from the University of Glasgow. The studentships (ESR Fellowships) are offered within the "Marie Sklowdowska-Curie" Network TERRE (further details in the attached documents).
