Dear all I am contacting you on behalf of the ISSMGE Technical Committee TC308 on ‘Energy Geotechnics’ to let you know that we have just published the ‘TC308 Newsletter’<https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bx3-ujfYbtSeWFoxSUJuOFdtNlU/view?pref=2&pli=1> with detailed information about the TC308 activities, including TC308 background, publications and events (past & upcoming) organized/sponsored by our TC. The newsletter is available on our website https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bx3-ujfYbtSeWFoxSUJuOFdtNlU/view?pref=2&pli=1 We have also open the call for proposals to host the two main events that our TC308 will organize in the coming years: ‘2nd Symposium on Energy Geotechnics (SEG-2018)’ and the ‘2nd International, Conference on Energy Geotechnics (ICEGT-2020)’. The deadline to submit proposals is August 15th 2016. We are planning to select the venues for these two events during the forthcoming ICEGT-2016<http://www.iceg-2016.de/> (Kiel, Germany 29th August – 2nd September).
