Dear UK QAP Organisers,

We have been trying to contact the UK NEQAS to enrol for the first trimester screening program (please see below), which includes free BhCG and PAPP-A chemistries along with PlGF biomarker for pre-eclampsia prediction.

We need to get the "Regulatory & Accreditation" body involved urgently and so, if you have received our emails please respond ASAP.
Thank you.

Subject: First trimester Serum program
Importance: High

Can you please confirm that you have received our email requests regarding urgent enrolment for the FTS serum program. Our Laboratory is very close to a start-up date for this type of testing and urgently require enrolment in your renowned program. We need to show proof of UK NEQAS enrolment to our Regulatory & Accreditation body before we can commence testing, hence the urgency of this information please.

If possible, can you predict when we will have proof of enrolment and when the earliest date for shipment of samples would be available? Do we need separate customs clearance to import the samples? We have other departments enrolled in many of the UK NEQAS schemes and should be able to use those customs permits.

Cheers,

Graeme Carter
