Good morning all UK based people! I received a request to help with this data gather this morning: NHS organisations that run laboratory services are asked to provide us with information about the tests they provide by 15 August. Lord Carter's productivity review in February called for the development of a national list of NHS lab tests. This will form the basis for reporting of test activity statistics in NHS Improvement service quality dashboards from next April. Laura Sato, the HSCIC Head of Digital Diagnostics, said: 'This is your opportunity to ensure that the pathology tests your organisation provides can be accurately reported.' Where applicable, organisations should provide the following information in their list: pathology reportable name; reportable unit of measure; reportable reference range; reportable national or international code; and volume reported per year. Lists, and questions, should be sent to [log in to unmask] by 15 August. In an attempt to assist, I went to look on the PMIP website I have used in the past but I can't access it. How are others responding to the HSCIC request?
