Hello
I hope everyone is well.
Does anyone have any experience of commissioning / carrying out research with visitors about donations? What motivates visitors to donate, how the messaging effect their decision as to whether to donate, how does the visit experience effect
their decision etc.
I would be really grateful if anyone would be willing to share their experiences (what works, what doesn’t) and / or reports they have?
