Hi Pekka, try to primarily reorient the images towards the anterior commissure. SPM GUI: "Display" -> "Origin" (in SPM8 this is the thin button below "Crosshair Position") -> reposition the center of the crosshair to the anterior commisure within the image (e.g. by changing the values of "right", "forward" and "up") -> "Set origin", than save the reorientation with "Reorient..." (by choosing all images that you wish to reorient). It is done far easier with spm12. Hope that helps.
