Dear SPMers,
I'm trying to preprocess resting-state fMRI images with SPM.
I did slice timing, realignment, corregistration of the T1 to fMRI, segmentation of T1, normalization of fMRI to the EPI template.
Now I would like to apply band-pass filtering (0.01-0.08) and extract fMRI signals for the WM and CSF.
