I emailed on 13^th May asking about mentoring schemes that you have in place to support ECRs, which are central and which are devolved to faculties and whether you use a software package to support this. The responses I had are below. Thank you to everyone who took the time to respond and if anyone from any other institution wishes to add to this please do contact me.
