At Westminster the Department of ORganisation Development & Well-being (ODW) has two development teams - Leadership & Org Dev and Staff Learning & Development. The former team handles all Leadership & Management Development and the latter handles all personal, professional and Career  development. This group has an academic development team that works with Faculty-based  Staff on teaching & learning and research development. 

ODW also includes a CSR Support team and Safety, Health & Well-being. It is a separate Department from Human Resource Management.
