I tried to sign the petition, writing a paragraph or so where I was asked to, but when I hit 'sign' I was simply returned to the webpage of 'Change.com' (I think) with a note 'we could not find the web-page you were looking for.' Has anyone else had trouble signing the petition?

Many of you will be aware of the potential closure of the Vaughan Centre for Lifelong Learning at the University of Leicester.  The Centre has been providing education to the citizens of Leicester for over 150 years.  The University wants to focus its finances on improving campus facilities to attract more overseas students.

 

The Centre teaches Medieval History and History of Art (BA tutors include myself, Dr Miriam Gill, Dr Conny Bailey, and Dr Graham Jones).

 

You can help save the Centre by signing the online petition, which will take 1 minute:
