If you know a colleague who you think the judges will consider has made the
greatest contribution to information management or is the year's best
exemplar of an information manager – please nominate them! Information
Management is a key factor in the development of the UK economy, in which
library and information professionals can, should and must play a vital
role. It is to recognise and encourage this essential contribution that
UKeiG, the CILIP Special Interest Group for promoting the effective
exploitation and management of information tools, resources and
technologies, with a particular focus on innovation created this Award in
2015.
