Hello, Is anyone aware of recent research on the above (Mental Health Assessment forms used in Emergency Departments) or has their trust produced a form in the last 4 years that is evidence-based (and can the evidence it is based on be produced)? I am doing a literature search on this topic and keep going up blind avenues. Any advice would be very welcome. (The form currently used in this trust is based on the Australasian Triage Scale document.)
